• Students should be taking class on an iPad, tablet, laptop, or desktop device.  Classes taken on a cell phone are not ideal.
• Students should take class in the vicinity of their wireless router for the best internet connection.
• Students should not bring other devices to class.  This contributes to distraction.
• Class should be taken in a quiet area free from outside distractions.
• Come to class ready to learn and have some fun!  Also, be prepared to briefly tell me about your day.  I love connecting with my students.

Parent Policies
Teacher Kimberly KF

1.  Please adhere to all Blue Sky Education Policies.
2. Communication:  If your child cannot attend class within 12 hours of their scheduled class, please send a message to Teacher Kimberly, through the Blue Sky Education website.  We can reschedule your class for a different day and time, with no financial penalty. If cancellation occurs after 12 hours of their scheduled class, no refund will be issued for that class.
3. Student No-Show:  If your student does not arrive in class within the first 10 minutes, you will forfeit that class.  Exceptions can be made for infrequent emergencies.  Infrequent emergencies are defined as occurring no more than once per calendar month.  Please communicate with Teacher Kimberly, as soon as possible, to reschedule.
4. Late Students:  Teacher Kimberly will wait in our classroom for the first 10 minutes of class.  After 10 minutes, Teacher Kimberly will leave the classroom.  The class will not be refunded or rescheduled.
5. Teacher Rescheduling:  If Teacher Kimberly is sick or has a family emergency, your class will be rescheduled.  Teacher Kimberly will make every effort to communicate with you, ahead of the scheduled class.
6. Internet and Computer Problems:  If the student or teacher experience technical difficulties that prevent us from having class, we will reschedule your class.  If we experience ongoing technical issues over several classes, we will work together to solve the problem. Our goal is for your student to experience learning in a fun, high quality, and distraction-free environment!

课堂家长守则

请务必遵守Blue Sky Education (蓝天教育) 的所有规章制度。

关于请假: 如果学员需要请假，请在课程开始之前至少提前12个小时通过Blue Sky网站发信息告知Kimberly老师. 我们可以重新约上课的日期和时间，您不会有损失课时费。如果是开课前12个小时以内提出取消课程，此次课时费将不予退还。

关于学员旷课: 如果您的孩子在课堂开始的前十分钟之内没有出现，您将损失该次课的费用，除非是有不可避免地紧急情况–此种极特殊可以请假的情况一个自然月不能超过一次。如果有急特殊的紧急情况，请您务必尽早和Kimberly老师进行沟通并安排重新上课的时间。

关于上课迟到: 如果学员迟到，Kimberly老师仅会在课堂上等待10分钟。如果学员在这10分钟内仍没有出现在课堂上，Kimberly老师将离开教室。该次课费用将不会被退，也无法重新约上课时间。

关于老师更改上课时间: 如果Kimberly老师生病或家里有急事，该次课将可以重新约上课时间。Kimberly老师会尽最大努力在上课前尽早提前通知家长进行安排。

关于IT和电脑技术问题: 如果学员或老师在课堂上遇到技术故障问题导致课程无法正常进行，我们可以重新约上课时间。如果我们在几次课上连续出现技术故障以致于课程不能进行，我们会一起努力解决问题。我们的教学宗旨是保证学员将在轻松愉快和无外界干扰的学习环境中获得高质量的学习体验。
