Apply with Blue Sky Education

I understand that I am applying as an independent contractor with Blue Sky Education, LLC (BSE), and as such, BSE is not my employer. I understand that I will NOT be offered benefits including but not limited to health insurance, paid vacation days, or paid sick leave. I also understand that I am responsible for all income reporting to the IRS and/or appropriate tax collection agency in my country (if not located in the U.S.). BSE will NOT provide a form 1099-MISC.

I understand that the Blue Sky Education curriculum and website are the intellectual property of Blue Sky Education, LLC. I will not copy, distribute, or make changes to any curriculum, nor will I use the curriculum outside of a Blue Sky Education, LLC virtual classroom. I understand that if I'm found to have violated this agreement, my contract could be terminated with Blue Sky Education, LLC and damages could be sought in a court of law.

I understand that Blue Sky Education, LLC makes no claims or guarantees for class bookings. It is my responsibility to communicate my schedule with students/parents via the website.
